If your product is defective or has a quality issue, we’ll send you a replacement free of charge. -
Wrong Size or Color Ordered:
You may return or exchange the product. Return shipping fees are your responsibility. -
Changed Your Mind:
Returns or exchanges are accepted. Buyer covers return shipping costs. -
Wrong or Missing Item:
If you received the wrong item or something is missing, we’ll send you the correct item at no extra cost. -
Parcel Damaged on Arrival:
We will send a free replacement for any items damaged in transit. -
Incorrect Shipping Info Provided:
Please contact us immediately for corrections. We are not liable for losses due to incorrect addresses. -

How to Return Your Order
- Contact Us: Email info@mooro.com within 100 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return.
- Get Return Approval: Our customer service will confirm your request and provide the return address. Returns must be sent within 14 days of approval.
- Prepare & Ship: Pack the items securely in their original condition and ship them to the address provided. Share the tracking number with our support team.
- Refund: After receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll issue your refund within 5 business days to your original payment method.

- Used or damaged items not caused during delivery
- Items not returned in original condition or packaging
Damaged on Arrival?
If your product arrives damaged:
- Take clear photos showing the damage and shipping label.
- Email the photos and your order details to info@mooro.com within 5 days of delivery.
- We’ll send a replacement at no cost. If a second issue occurs, a full refund will be issued.
